Frankie is awesome!
When ever I have issues around the apartment and Frankie preforms the maintenance he is always friendly! He always gives ... me a description of the problem and what he had to do to fix it so I understand what's happening. He always fixes my issues quickly and efficiently. I moved in last week and I have to say that although moving is hard especially when you Come to a new area, it makes it easier ... to feel as welcomed as I did. The staff is very nice and helpful. I moved from Rhode Island, staying in a hotel till i find my new home and had two days to find a place. I have been to so ... many properties and I knew I found my place when I walked into Village Lakes , the leasing girls were very welcoming and they already made me feel at home, I haven't even applied yet!! I was able to meet the assistant and the manager as well. I was showed an apartment and I couldn't believe how beautiful and spacious it was. I applied the same day and received a response in less than 24 hours. I was super excited to finally find my place after visiting more than 10 complexes. I live in village lakes and deal with the office staff on a regular basis. They are kind, courteous and very helpful. They ... are very easy on the eyes and help in every way that they are able to. I am very satisfied with being a resident here and would recommend this property to other people. I just so happen to live in village lakes and the staff in the office are incredible women and very friendly. They are willing ... to help in any way they can. I am really glad they do background checks and so forth to insure that this is a safe community to lived in. They just don't bring in anybody with a community full of families. we all do want to feel safe and just by them doing their job right we all can feel safe.
