Franky and Anthony in maintenance go above and beyond for this property. I’ve had work orders submitted and they are at ... my door within the hour to save the day. Village lakes takes care of tenets with urgency. Very personable staff , when driving they wave to us. Outstanding team in the office and on the grounds. Carmen and the also very friendly in the office. As well as the property manager. This review is solely based on my good experiences with all the staff at village lakes. I’ve rented from previous property and got a totally different experience. Again franky thanks for always coming to the rescue almost immediate. I would like to thank the office Manager Carmen and the rest of the office staff for being such pleasant and understanding ... staff. Thank you all for making sure that my maintenance requests are taking care of in a timely fashion. I moved in last week and I have to say that although moving is hard especially when you Come to a new area, it makes it easier ... to feel as welcomed as I did. The staff is very nice and helpful. I moved from Rhode Island, staying in a hotel till i find my new home and had two days to find a place. I have been to so ... many properties and I knew I found my place when I walked into Village Lakes , the leasing girls were very welcoming and they already made me feel at home, I haven't even applied yet!! I was able to meet the assistant and the manager as well. I was showed an apartment and I couldn't believe how beautiful and spacious it was. I applied the same day and received a response in less than 24 hours. I was super excited to finally find my place after visiting more than 10 complexes. I just so happen to live in village lakes and the staff in the office are incredible women and very friendly. They are willing ... to help in any way they can. I am really glad they do background checks and so forth to insure that this is a safe community to lived in. They just don't bring in anybody with a community full of families. we all do want to feel safe and just by them doing their job right we all can feel safe.
